DESCRIPTION
● Special design of screw with long ratio, well mixing, stable extruding, high output.
● Screw & barrel are high quality alloy steel, with nitrided, polished, ground and hard chrome plated.
● Two stages gear reducer, with precision ground pinions and water cooling to give expected operation life, transmission smoothly with low noise level.
● Special design of hot die face cutter and cooling water jacket make uniform size pellets by four flexible blades and adjusting the speed of the cutter.
● This pelletizer produces consisitent sized cylindrical or lenticular shape of pellets that are water sprayed and cooled to stop sticking.
● The pellets are seperated from the water by a vibrating, perforated, stainless steel chute.
● Any oversized clumps or lumps will be screened off.
● Standardized component parts, easily to be replaced and maintained.
